Nicole Walter’s 20 little wins challenge for the month of April. It already started, but essentially it gives you a calendar with things to do for “little wins” on different days of the month. 

The Science of Well-Being course by Yale on Coursera gives you challenges to improve your habits and happiness. They’ve made it free to enroll during the pandemic to help support people’s mental health during this time; choose the “no certificate” option while enrolling.

Peloton App’s 90 day trial to their course library — this is SO good. I’ve been using it myself to do at-home workouts. Lots of the workouts do involve a bike or treadmill… but lots don’t! And they even have some for outdoors specifically.

NYT article on home cleaning & laundry as a clean freak I really liked this, and it confirmed my inclination to wear separate inside vs. outside clothes.
